جديد حصادة لعباد الشمس Straw-cutting type header SUNPLAIN GP-9

A stripper header is a modern solution for harvesting grain crops that separates the grain from the stalks without cutting them. This technology significantly reduces crop losses, lowers fuel consumption, and increases harvesting speed.
Stripper headers are widely used in modern agriculture, especially in conditions of drought, uneven crop ripening, and when it is necessary to preserve soil structure as much as possible.
A stripping header is a mounted or trailed attachment for a combine harvester that strips the grain from the stalk, leaving the stalk standing in the field.
special rotors with tines rotate at high speed;
they knock the grain out of the stalks;
grain is fed into the combine;
stalks remain in the field as a natural mulch layer.

✔ Minimal grain loss
Harvesting even with unequal ripeness
✔ Fuel savings of up to 30–50%
Less strain on the combine
✔ High operating speed
Up to 10–15 km/h
✔ Preservation of soil structure
Stubble remains as mulch
✔ Ideal for No-Till and Mini-Till

Conventional header : Stripping header
cuts the stalk : leaves stubble
more losses : minimal losses
higher fuel consumption : fuel savings
lower speed : high productivity
